Kateřina Jančová specializes in real estate law, building law, and company law.
Before she joined BADOKH, Kateřina worked at several leading international law firms where she participated in real estate acquisition projects, and she advised on the areas of building law and administrative law. In the course of her professional practice, Kateřina devotes to insolvency law proceedings, as well.
After graduation from the master’s study of the Charles University in Prague, Kateřina attended the University of Passau, where she studied civil law, and the law of obligations.
In the context of her study in the Faculty of Law in the Charles University in Prague, Kateřina participated in the school competition called the Student’s Scientific Activity, where her project on “Taxation of Solar Power” was awarded first place in the category of financial law, administrative law, and environmental law.
