BADOKH represents clients in complex court disputes and domestic and international arbitrations. We combine procedural experience with in-depth knowledge of corporate, financial, insolvency, property and contract law.

We do not view a dispute as an isolated proceeding. Together with the client, we define their legal and commercial objectives, key risks and individual milestones. We prepare a coordinated procedural and evidential strategy that takes into account the likelihood of success, costs, the enforceability of the outcome, the impact on business operations and the possibilities for an amicable settlement.

We have particular experience in the energy, engineering, healthcare, property development, metallurgy, export of technological systems and financial services sectors. Our knowledge of these sectors enables us to quickly grasp the commercial and technical context of a dispute.

BADOKH partners Tomáš Zagar, Petr Kuhn and Vladislav Klimeš serve as arbitrators at the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. They have experience in arbitration proceedings both as legal representatives and as arbitrators.

Forensic audit and internal investigations

In collaboration with experts in accounting, taxation and financial analysis, we coordinate forensic audits and internal investigations. We help to identify relevant transactions, analyse cash flows, secure evidence and prepare documentation for court, arbitration, insolvency or criminal proceedings.

Thanks to our experience in M&A, corporate, financial and property law, we are also able to negotiate and implement comprehensive settlement agreements, including transfers of shares or assets, changes to financing arrangements and the settlement of mutual claims.
