Patrik is a member of legal teams representing clients in litigation, particularly in the areas of civil and commercial law. In addition to litigation, he focuses on corporate law and transactions involving business interests and shares. He participates in projects involving both domestic and cross-border corporate reorganizations, as well as insolvency matters.
