As a legal practitioner, she has been providing comprehensive assistance to clients with respect to dispute resolution in civil-law, commercial-law and administrative-law matters, including representation of clients before courts.

Before Markéta joined BADOKH, she gained significant professional experience in civil-law, criminal-law and administrative-law procedure at one of the Prague district courts.

In 2012 and 2013, she spent a year abroad on a Flemish government scholarship, obtaining an LLM degree in EU law at KU Leuven (Belgium).

Markéta has authored or co-authored scholarly articles published by e.g. C. H. Beck.

Markéta is a member of the Czech Bar Association as an attorney (advocate).
