Before she joined BADOKH, she worked at several leading international law firms where she played an active role in preparing M&A projects, advising clients on licensing and trademark issues, and resolving labor-law disputes.

During her master's studies, Kateřina spent a semester abroad on a scholarship, studying tort law, the law of obligations, and criminal law at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

Kateřina is a member of the non-profit organization Fair Art, which is concerned with law in the arts, renders pro bono advice to artists and artists' organizations, and hosts talks and seminars with a particular focus on copyright and collective rights management.

Kateřina has been a member of the Czech Bar Association since November 2013.
