Kateřina Grundmanová provides clients with comprehensive support in the structuring, management, and protection of private assets, as well as advisory services in family law. She further specializes in insolvency law and out of court restructuring.
Kateřina is an attorney with extensive experience in insolvency law and restructuring, corporate law, and family and inheritance law. Kateřina has achieved the highest ranking awarded by the international rating agency Chambers and Partners in the area of Private Wealth Law. In the field of insolvency law and restructuring, she is likewise recognized as a highly ranked attorney by the international rating agency IFLR1000.
She represents both debtors and creditors in insolvency proceedings and out-of-court restructuring matters, and provides strategic legal guidance on reorganizations and bankruptcies, including advising and representing creditors in creditor bodies. Kateřina also counsels investors acquiring assets liquidated in insolvency proceedings.
Kateřina's practice additionally focuses on the effective design and restructuring of asset holding structures, including corporate governance matters and the long-term management and protection of private wealth, notably through the establishment and administration of trust and endowment funds.
Family and inheritance law forms another significant part of her practice. Kateřina represents clients in sensitive family matters, particularly in negotiating prenuptial agreements, divorce proceedings, child custody arrangements, and the modification of child and spousal support. In the field of inheritance law, she specializes in the preparation and drafting of wills and provides related advisory services.
Kateřina also advises in employment law, drawing on her experience in drafting and reviewing employment documentation and supporting both employers and employees in matters concerning employment relationships.
