In the event of a dispute arising from a legal services agreement between BADOKH – Kuhn Dostál advokátní kancelář s.r.o. or BADOKH – Bárta a partneři advokátní kancelář s.r.o. and a client who is a consumer, which cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer client may submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to the body competent for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is the Czech Bar Association.
