During his professional practice, he has been a member of teams dealing with acquisition of business corporations and enterprises or restructuring of corporate groups. He also participated in projects in the area of energy law and legal disputes.

Apart from a law firm he gained experience in a public prosecutor´s office, a notary office and Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic.
