Prior to joining BADOKH, Vojtěch worked for several domestic law firms where his focus was on real estate law and the provision of comprehensive legal services to corporate clients. In this role, he was involved in a number of transactions e.g. in the fields of media and agriculture. He oversaw the legal aspects of the liquidation process of various companies, among them an insurance company which was subject to supervision by the Czech National Bank (ČNB).

Vojtěch’s current professional interests are centered around data protection and privacy issues, insolvency law and consumer protection law, among others.

Vojtěch is a member of the Czech bar association.
