Ondřej Hampl is head of the Real Estate practice at BADOKH and an expert in transactional advice – mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions, distressed M&A and financing.
As a part of his practice, Ondřej was involved in a number of prestigious projects both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Examples include his role as an advisor to RWE with respect to the sale of the gas transmission system operator NET4GAS, to ENERGO-PRO with respect to the complex cross-border restructuring of the Group's assets, to VGP with respect to the acquisition of one of the largest Czech greenfield logistics projects, to RSBC with respect to the acquisition of a substantial property portfolio, to SEBRE with respect to the acquisition of Palác Národní within the context of an out-of-court restructuring, to NET4GAS with respect to the construction of the GAZELA gas pipeline, to Erste Group and Česká spořitelna within the context of the property funds restructuring process, or to CSC for one of the largest lease transactions of 2016.
Ondřej has also rendered advisory services in connection with the preparation of joint-venture investment projects, domestic and cross-border corporate acquisitions and restructurings, or the negotiation of sophisticated EPC and EPCM contracts.
In 2017, he contributed as the author of several chapters on security instruments to the much-praised, single-volume Commentary on the Civil Code published by C. H. Beck.
Ondřej Hampl is a member of the Association for the Development of the Real Estate Market.
